Terms & Conditions

Last updated: January 2027

These terms apply to families registering for the Prairie High School Class of 2027 group trip to the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Punta Cana (“the trip”), organized on a volunteer basis by the trip coordinator. By registering you agree to the following.

Reservations & the hold fee

A $500 per room reservation hold fee is required to confirm and hold your room. Submitting the registration form is a request; your room is only held once the hold fee is received.

Balance & payment deadline

Your final balance is due within 60 days of your booking date. You can check your remaining balance any time using the balance lookup in the Payments section. If your balance is not paid by the deadline, your reservation may be released and your room offered to another family.

Payment method

All payments — the hold fee and your final balance — are made securely by card through our Stripe checkout. Please enter your family code at checkout so we can match your payment to your reservation.

Pricing

Prices shown are per-room resale package prices for the stay you select and are subject to availability. Room rates depend on room type, occupancy (adults and children), and length of stay. Room availability is limited and offered first-come, first-served as rooms are confirmed.

Cancellations & refunds

Because rooms are reserved as part of a group block, the hold fee and payments may be non-refundable once your room is confirmed. Refund eligibility depends on the resort and booking partner’s policies. Contact the trip coordinator as early as possible if your plans change.

Travel documents & responsibility

Each family is responsible for its own valid passports, any required travel documents, travel insurance, and airfare (unless airfare is separately arranged with the group). The trip coordinator organizes the group block on a volunteer basis and is not a licensed travel agency; the resort and booking partner are responsible for the accommodations and services they provide.

Conduct

Guests are expected to follow the resort’s rules and applicable laws. Families are responsible for the conduct of the minors in their party.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as trip details are finalized. Material changes will be communicated to registered families by email.
