Reservations may be transferable — if plans change, contact the trip coordinator before canceling.
Group cancellation rules
91+ days before arrival — $600 per reservation
Within 90 days of arrival — 100% of total paid
No changes within 90 days of arrival

Note: A 15% coordination fee is withheld by Jason & Monica Hayes on any refund — it covers the booking, planning, and management of the group block.
